A property is a house, villa or building at one address. The number of apartments inside it is unlimited and does not affect the price.
Do I pay monthly or yearly?
You choose. The yearly plan ("Season") is a single upfront price that works out cheaper long-term than paying monthly.
Is the trial really free?
Yes, 30 days of full functionality with no card required. If it's not for you, simply don't continue.
Can I cancel and export my data?
Yes, you can cancel at any time. Data export is always available, both during your subscription and after cancelling.
Do you take a commission on direct bookings?
No — 0% commission on direct bookings. If you take card deposits from guests, you only pay your own Stripe fee, with no extra commission from us.
