FAQ

The questions we get most

Getting started

Do I need a card for the trial?

No. The trial only needs an email address and a password. We ask for a card when you decide to continue.

How long does setup take?

Most hosts add a property, its units and a first reservation in five minutes. A short guided setup walks you through it.

Can I bring bookings over from Excel?

Yes. Enter existing bookings by hand, or send us your sheet and we will help with the move.

Pricing and billing

What counts as a property?

One building, house or villa at one address. Five apartments inside it still count as one property, and the number of units is unlimited.

How do I pay?

Monthly by card. Paddle handles the sale as our merchant of record, so tax is shown according to your country and your invoice arrives by email.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time under Settings → Plan. Access runs to the end of the paid period and your data stays available to view and export.

Is there a refund?

Yes, under the money-back terms published on our refund policy page.

Running the season

Does it sync with Airbnb and Booking.com?

Yes. Calendars are exchanged both ways, and a health bar shows the last successful sync and flags anything that has stalled.

Does it help with eVisitor?

MojPorat keeps guest details and night counts in the shape registration and the tourist tax return need, and checks your eVisitor credentials.

Can I give access to a cleaner or co-owner?

Yes. Roles are set per property — owner, manager or cleaner each see only what they need.

Does it work on a phone without internet?

It installs to your home screen, works offline and sends reminders for arrivals and departures.

Data and security

Who can see my data?

Only you and the people you invite. The public booking page shows just what a guest needs; tax numbers, income and calendar keys stay private.

Can I export or delete everything?

Yes. A full export and permanent account deletion are both in settings, no approval needed.
