It started with one spreadsheet
A host on the coast ran an entire season in Excel: bookings, deposits, nights, cleaning. It worked — until the file was on the other computer and a guest was waiting for an answer.
Why MojPorat exists
Hotel systems are too big, too expensive and written for a front desk staffed around the clock. Portals take a commission and keep your guests to themselves. Between the two there is almost nothing for someone with one house and three apartments.
MojPorat is that middle ground. We kept the logic of the spreadsheet hosts already know and added what a spreadsheet cannot do: tax maths, double-booking warnings, portal calendars and access from a phone while you are on the beach or in another town.
How we work
Every feature is checked with people who actually rent, usually mid-season when the pressure is highest. If something takes more than a few clicks, we do not consider it finished.
Croatian is the product's first language, not a translation. English and German are there because your guests are.
Your data
Guest and income data belongs to you. We do not sell it, we do not use it for advertising, and you can export or permanently delete it whenever you like.
The public booking page shows only what a guest needs — tax numbers, income and calendar keys are never exposed.
