Refund Policy

Money-back guarantee

If MojPorat isn't a good fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked. The guarantee applies to your first payment and to every subscription renewal within that period.

How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and find your order using the email address you paid with, or
• write to us at alex@moolahmedia.co and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, usually 3–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Plan, or via the customer portal link from your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for, after which the account switches to read-only mode, and your data remains available to view and export.

Payments and support

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing inquiries and processes refunds according to Paddle's refund policy in addition to this policy.
