Money-back guarantee

If MojPorat is not right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no explanation needed. This applies to your first payment and to each renewal within that window.

How to request a refund

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
• email us at alex@moolahmedia.co and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank, typically 3–10 business days.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from Settings → Plan, or through the customer portal linked in your receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, after which your account becomes read-only and your data remains available to view and export.

Payments and support

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles billing enquiries and returns under Paddle's refund policy, alongside this one.
